The 5th Circuit denied Corinth, Texas Chief Walthall's motion for summary judgment and qualified immunity on  August 31, 2018.  The 5th District upheld Police Officers Rights to form associations and conduct association business, without being retaliated against or denied their 1st Amendment Rights.  To view this decision click here.
