There are only a couple weeks left to enroll in one of the four Aetna Medicare Advantage plans being offered to Medicare-eligible Fraternal Order of Police (FOP) retirees and their spouses. The enrollment deadline for this year is December 7, 2021. Plans provide coverage starting January 1, 2022.
We've teamed up with Aetna to create plans designed for all budgets. These plans also come with extras you might not have right now, such as vision and hearing reimbursements, SilverSneakers® fitness benefits, nurses you can talk to 24/7, telemedicine visits through Teladoc® and more.
All four Medicare Advantage PPO plans have what's called an extended service area. This means you can see any licensed provider eligible to receive Medicare payment who is willing to accept your Aetna plan. Aetna has a large, nationwide network of providers, but you'll pay the same cost whether your doctor is in or out of network.
Enroll now at AetnaRetireeHealth.com/FOP. Or talk to a member services advocate at 1-866-246-8060 (TTY: 711), Monday–Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM ET. Just tell the representative you want to enroll in an FOP plan.
