Our mission is to provide support to our first responders who are facing the challenges of breast cancer. This year our recipient is Elizabeth Reyes of the Sugar Land Police Department.
On August 11-12, Cookie Joe’s Dancin’ School and the Exchange Club of Sugarland will host a blood drive in her honor. Please encourage registering to donate the much needed blood for MD Anderson. The blood shortage is critical and you can help. Please share this flyer with your family and friends. Our goal is 100 volunteers.
On Oct 14, 2023, the Second Annual Barbecue Benefit will take place in front of Cookie Joe’s Dancin’ School, sponsored by Exchange Club of Sugar Land, The Sugarland Police Department, and The Houston Metro Police Department.
Plates are $15 and proceeds will help offset the many expenses that cancer patients face in their battle against cancer. Tickets for the barbecue are available from August 11 until October 14.
Commemorative limited edition tee shirt, designed by former SLPD officer Amy Cummins are available for $25 from the Exchange Club of Sugar Land and Cookie Joe’s Dancin’ School.
